My specialty is in providing support to individuals, couples and families who are seeking to live a richer and fuller life.  I strive to create an environment in which my clients feel safe to openly discuss their thoughts, emotions and relationships through the use of a holistic and integrative therapeutic approach. I believe each person’s life experiences are unique and as a therapist I work with each client to help them recognize and accept all of their feelings and experiences.  In our dialogue, we often can identify actions that may be limiting a person’s ability to create a positive change in their life.  As we work on clarifying personal values and developing greater mindfulness, it finally can become possible to move in the direction of growth.  I work collaboratively with my clients to help them gain insight to who they are as an individual, foster mindfulness, and establish self-acceptance. In doing so, we create the conditions for personal growth and development.
